As registered NDIS providers, we work alongside Occupational Therapists and Support Coordinators to create functional spaces for greater ease of access and usage. Our services include major and minor home modifications, bathroom and kitchen upgrades, and accessibility improvements.

This manager will maintain open lines of communication with all parties involved.

Our team is equipped to handle complexities in strata works, from engineering requirements to specialist leak detection strategies such as investigative abseiling and flood testing. NDIS Home Modifications

Since becoming registered NDIS providers in 2021, Austen Building Group has been dedicated to creating functional and life-changing spaces for individuals with disabilities. We work closely with Occupational Therapists, Support Coordinators, Participants, and Carers to provide tailored home modifications that enhance accessibility and ease of use.

Our staff are trained and qualified in ‘Working with Vulnerable Persons,’ ensuring a caring and respectful experience for our clients. Our estimators and project managers offer expert technical building guidance, forming the scope of works in conjunction with the understanding of clients’ needs by their Occupational Therapists and Coordinators.
