From the start of the process ICM were amazing to deal with. Jordan was such a pleasure to speak to, he kept us informed of every update. As the work being done was through our insurance claim, Jordan took the time to learn the details of our policy. The team from ICM that then came out and quoted up the work were such lovely and helpful people to have in our home.Nick was a great Project Manager, he also kept us updated at every stage of the work being done at our house.The work that was completed at our home was exceptional, the site was respected and kept so clean throughout. Sean, Karen and the team are exceptional!My job involved replacing floorboards in the kitchen and family room, sanding and polishing floorboards in the lounge and entry hall. The rooms are connected in an open plan setting so it was paramount that everything matched.I can not fault the communication and the craftsmanship this company delivered. Every trade was carefully selected and completed their work to the highest standard.Thank you Sean (Project Manager), Karen (Compliance Manager) and ICM for an awesome job, well done!
